Maybe they realised they could just be handed Europe for free without bloodshed?

Egypt amogged Israel in the 70s, had to call a truce though because kissinger told the jews to break the ceasfire he brokered so they could surround the egyption 3rd army effectively starving them (sneaky jew techniques)

saddam was destroying iran until the iranians started sending waves of children out to swarm iraqi machine gun positions, etc. sneaky shia techniques

Aight I dont claim to be a know it all, and if the information I share is false give me a buzz (no hate aswell)

Basically they lose wars because:
They are very primitive and fell behind the world in the use of weapons from the 1900's and up. (Turks has planes, arabs had rifles)
Infighting amongst tribes has resulted in the arab people never fully being able to form as a whole and unite their forces.
Strategically their they face difficult terrain with their villages and outposts VERY far apart (huge expanses of deserts) and because typically they dont have the trasnportation, it takes a while to move armies of horses etc.)

BTW the above is a 1900 - 1970ish summary.
