    Rather intense light pull workout just complete. More PRs. Starting with hyper-extensions, rest-pause, with 5kg, I did 24, 11, 11, 10, 10, so adding a rep on the first and third set. Onto nautilus rows, I hit 185lb for 4X8 for the first time, securing another PR here too. And following up with rest-pause, I hit 145lb, the heaviest I've gone for rest-pause sets, for 17, 9, 8, 8, 7. So, I added 5lb and kept my reps, except on the final set.

    110kg static hold with 110kg for 26, 26 seconds. More importantly, added 2.5kg and did 137.5kg smith shrugs for 17, 10, 8, 8, 8, matching last week's reps with 2.5kg less weight. 2X6 2 plate hack squat.

    Another PR on 20kg fat grip rope curls, 17, 17, 17, 16. My programming is so unsophisticated here so it's nice to still see improvements. Another PR on plate wrist curls, 15kg for 26, 15, 11, 9, 9, adding a rep to the first and third set. Lost a rep on the 4th set though.

    EDIT: Made a gif. Gives a better idea what I'm working with when you can see actual movement.
