    Trained in my regular gym today. Heavy pull day. Great performance on hyper-extensions, all-time PR. Bodyweight plus 20kg for 9, 9, 9, 9, 10, (that last set securing the PR). Also PR'd on nautilus row, 205lb for the first time, for 4X6, followed by 145lb for 4X10.

    2X13 seconds on static holds with 130kg, and onto shrugs. 160kg for 4X8, same as I did at the end of last training cycle. Felt pretty maximal tbh, hopefully my traps literally grow slightly by next week so I can manage 162.5kg, because I think I'm done making neural improvements. Hack squat for 2X6 with 2 plates.

    Did cable curls again, with a straight bar, and fatgrips, 25kg for 10, 10, 8, 8. My final exercise, barbell wrist curls, I only managed 10, 9, 8, and I chalk that up to fatigue from the cable curls.

    EDIT: Heavy push workout of week 2. Back in my regular gym. 85kg pause bench for 4X5. 5X13 with 12.5kg on facepulls afterwards. Same as last week. But I think the cable station here is fractionally heavier than the one I used last week for the same sets and reps.

    Onto chest press, 195lb 4X9, pretty good considering I've not done it in a couple of weeks. Machine laterals 100lb for 12, 12, 11, 10, 8. Close grip press with 150lb for 4X11.

    Followed this with a couple of sets of machine crunches 2X15, then 20kg neck Curl for 30, and 15kg neck extension for 16.
