Last heavy push workout before my deload, (still 1 rest-pause session to go, both pushing and pulling). Regular pause bench today, 85kg 4X5. Facepulls for another PR, third weight on the stack for 5X15 (5X13 last time).

Another PR on chest press, 180lb 4X10. And 5X11 machine laterals with 100lb and 12, 12, 12, 11 with 135lb on close grip chest press. PRs all round. Tremendous.
