    Another week in. Light push workout done today, (light pull day tomorrow, will edit). Heavy push and pull days 3 days ago went well, still keeping performance up. Didn't have breakfast, hit the gym at shortly before 10AM and it seemed to go fine, decent sized dinner last night.


    Facepull with 22.5kg for 4 rest-pause sets of 20, 10, 10, 10. Onto machine OHP, even managed to add a rep to the first set, and did 40kg for 12, 11, 11. Onto the 3 rest-pause sets, I went with 35kg instead of 30kg, (which I hit for 17, 8, 8 last week), and did 16, 7, 7.


    Pec deck this time with 70kg for all sets. 5 rest-pause sets of 17, 9, 9, 8, 7. And added a rep to a few sets on bar pushdowns, using 17.5kg for 5 rest-pause sets of 15, 8, 8, 8, 8, and then machine laterals with 80lb for 18, 9, 9 rest-pause. Leg press to finish, 195lb for 10 then 210lb for 10.


    EDIT: Next day's pull day. Cable rows with 75kg for 6, 6, then 70kg for 8. Dropped down to 60kg for 3X10. Followed with hypers which went really well, 33kg for 4 sets of 11, something I've not done before. Machine shrugs with 60kg for 3 sets of 11, 11, 12.

    Overhead cable curls with 30kg for 10, 10, 8, 8, and seated rope curls with 25kg for 14, 13, 13, actually adding a rep here somehow. Ab crunch machine to finish with 170lb for 10, 10, 9.

    Heavy push day today, and I'm just about done with this cut. Really looking forward to bulking with fewer calories than before due to being lighter and just generally staying in a lower range. It's finally become a challenge to cut now that I'm quite lean, and I'm glad that I've kept all my strength so far.


    Facepulls with 25kg for 4 sets of 13. Machine OHP with 50kg for 8, then 45kg for 2 sets of 8, and 40kg for 3 sets of 10. Chest press with 65kg for 4X7. Pushdowns with 20kg for 13, 12, 12, 11, and then machine laterals with 100lb for 10, 10, 9. Leg press to finish for a set of 8 and then a heavier set of 6.
