    Stahl's Lookmaxing/athlete training log

    Training:

    Doing 531 for main lifts at the moment, only playing with pussy weights because issues with different bodyparts (right shoulder is fucked, knee issues etc.)
    Mainly just hammering out my main sets then for assistance doing upper/lower split focusing on weak-points.

    Off days doing plyometrics and kettlebell drills for athleticism etc.



    Diet:
    4 slices of protein bread with a slice of lean meat on each.

    Lots of water

    Dinner: 600-700grams of lean meat, some sort of spice-mix (low calorie spice mix) and then i throw a 350gram box of non fat cottage cheeze in that bish.

    Some times eat a slice of protein bread with cottage cheese and a dash of jam before workouts.

    Basically around 1500-2000kcal with high protein, low fat, lower carb.



    Weigh:

    First weigh in i was 185lbs, but was coming off a flue, water depleted, is 188lbs as of monday morning this week, dont really stress it.
    BF somewhere between 15 and 20



    Best lifts, for reference, don't really stress beating them, will come back stronger anyways, been training for bout 6 years and been somewhat lean and fat multiple times, never been sub 10% fat though, feel like i know exactly what it takes to get stronger but getting really lean is a completely other beast.

    Squat: 2*160kg, 8*140kg july/aug 16'
    Bench (close grip, fuck my shoulders) 2*120kg aug 16'
    Deadlift 5*190kg conventional aug 16'
    All lifts done around 200lbs at 22-25 bf and bloated.

    Athlete training:
    Chins: 8 approved reps summer 13'
    Dips: 36 summer 13' (can't do them anymore because elbows and shoulders)
    3k 12:10 summer 14'
    All athlete training bests done around 80kg and 15% bf with a really shitty diet.


    My long term goal is beating all lifts and feats of athleticism at under 12% bf

    Short term goal is getting lean.

    Deloading as of now, not really deloading as much as switching exercises for a week.

    Today did zercher squats, top sets was 6*100kg 7*120kg 8*100kg 10*80kg 14*60kg
    Lots of iso-exercises for legs, burned 300calories on the elliptical, fucked around with some box jumps and drilling technique on kettlebell clean n presses.

    Diet today 600g lean pork meat, 350g cottage cheese, 2 slices of protein bread with cottage cheese, water.

    Like 180g+ protein/low total calorie, don't really count macros lol.

    Stay away from bread makes you hold water srs. Keep carbs to sweet potatoes and veggies.

    It's all about being agile, quick, athletic, sharp, aesthetic etc.

    No places to train strongman here either.

    Not to mention how i am already trap-dominant, would look like a gremlin if i only did strongman training lol.
    You're basically doing strongman now. This guy is 225lbs lean, strong, and athletic af.

    Skin etc. have never been an issue, since going all in, probably eventually will get facial peeling etc. but having perfect smooth skin while not having lower abs or sharp jawline is retarded imo.

    My grand plan is fixing things in prioritized order.

    when you get to skin and hair you might wanna give 50,000IU beta carotene and 10,000mcg biotin ED a go if your goal is looksMAXing
    theres a bunch of other shit that's good for both but those are the only ones that jump to mind
    looks pretty solid though, looking forward to seeing your progress etc
    not sure about low fat dieting as a natty though

    Good luck OP.

    may i suggest your try burpees if youre having trouble lifting weights?

    I recently added them into my routine and let me fucking tell you... burpees are a real test of athleticism IMO.

    I did 50 with good form as fast as i could (which wasnt very fast TBH) and my fucking legs HURT SO BAD... worse than squats or deads have ever made my legs feel... The burn and pain in my feet and quads was so fucking insane.... and ive been leaning up quite a bit from adding them I think.

    The thing with them is you dont have to do a lot of them because its basically like sprinting if you do it right.


    imagine fighting a guy like that ^ decent muscle size, you know hes got strength.. hes obviously very explosive and highly durable.

    TBH that video of guy doing 100 burppes non stop is more impressive than some giant, slow guy deadlifting 800 pounds

    Plus u can do them in the sun, get a sickening tan and shit like u want =) and attract some lonely milfs walking their dawg at same time.

    Eating way more phat than carbs though, shud be enough to keep hormones functioning.

    Murked the gym this morning, just 30 min of crossfitlike cardio though.

    Had to work a bit physically at work today, worked up a sweat a couple times.

    Cooking up that juicy dinner now.

    Dunno if it is the caffeine or that it's getting lighter outside, or that i am getting noticable lighter on my feet. but have unlimited energy as of lately.
    Don't really need food, but still eat because without proteins brb end up going down in weight while staying same BF lol.

    N after doing jerk n clean burpes with the burbell until death, then maybe start doing bodyweight burpees until rebirth etc.

    yeah honestly i was thinking about doing weighted burpees once i can do 50 in a row with good form non-stop.

    gonna take me awhile tho. my conditioning sucks ass ATM.

    would be sick as fuck to do 50 burpees non-stop with a 45 pound weighted vest at 200+ BW.... you would be impossible to wrestle for most men on this planet lol.

    Explosiveness is only one component in a fight. A punch from Brian is going to hurt a lot more then a 160lb who has very good cardio if both aren't trained to fight. That's basically a fact

    Sick natty diet upperbody workout, sick pump, didn't think it was possible, thought i would look flat and be tired lol

    11:30
    First meal two small slices of protein bread n 3 slices of lean ham (which is more birdfood than bread tbh while pretty low cal)
    Was cake there, and didn't want to seem weird so thought i'd pretend like i took a somewhat normal slice but ended up fucking it up so it was just a tiny little pile of shit on my platter, probably bout 30 grams lol. (nobody noticed/dared to mention it though)

    1430
    Dinner at canteen, took the healthiest of todays specials
    (Grilled pork clod, fried potatoes in olive oil&spices, corn stew & salad drenched in olive oil and dressing)
    (Wound up eating the pork clod, but then i got some corn stew stuck on it, and it was so hnnnnngg that i had to eat the corn stew as well, fuark don't wanna think about calories in that corn stew lol, was probably bout 300gram pork clod and 150gram corn stew, just the pork clod was like 400 calories
    dinner ended probably up being like 1000 calories.

    What sucked the most was that everything on my plate was hnggg af lol.

    Home from work, ate a protein bar driving home, 20g protein, 6g fat, 1,4g sugar, tasted hngngnng af.

    Now i'm just eating some lean smoked ham meat and a box of cottage cheeze, will land at a pretty decent deficit with ok proteins after all.






    Comments:

    I acknowledge that i am in a somewhat manic stage, what is all that matters as of now is to ride that wave for as long as possible, maybe i am this person now, maybe this is how high achieving people feel all the time, i have no idea.

    Don't think it's natural to have this much energy at this low calories lol.

    Srs fucking up my periodic fast right now but srs need more proteins b4 bed, 11 hour food-window is better than 12 i guess.
