    how tall are you to need to be 170lb when lean?

    i was 180lb super fucking lean (most you can probably maintain as a natty) at current height

    180lbs now but with added water weight

    Tried upping carbs a bit and got mad facial bloat again, ive come to the conclussion i just dont do well with carbs.

    Brb one waffle one 40g chocolate bar one banana during a day and brb face of someone with 30% bf lol.

    Athlete training is showing results though actually gaining str in main lifts again, also fuark how robotic i moved before, running, hopping rope, plyometrics and kettlebell exercises have opened my eyes, even started walking differently, everything i do physically is way more efficient etc.

    Yo plyometrics n kettlebell training have really helped my squat/deads

    More sturdy core/better lockout etc.

    Goals atm

    Get bodyweight down to 165lbs/75kg

    Goals at 75kg
    330lbs/150kg squat
    265lbs/120kg bench
    440lbs/200kg convential deadlift
    100kg push press
    20+ pullups
    sub 11minute 3k
    box jump high af
    Vert jump high af
    Horizontal jump long af
