    Slept like 15 hours tonight, was fucking tired i guess.

    Hit legs fucking hard today, had 900mg of caffeine before gym and it did the trick, did some trap bar deadlifts and 170 felt easy and explosive, so kept a couple in the tank and put another 20kg on the bar, 190kg went up slow as fuark though, kinda bugged me, guess my body is not acclimated to go that heavy and thus overloaded my CNS, need to go heavier more often i guess.

    Finna eat my 700g lean meat and box of cottage cheese now,

    Not as energetic and happy as i was before this weekend, working like this really takes a toll on me srs.

    Gonna take next weekend off for sure, and try to get in the crash diet maniac mood again lol.

    i have 1g over the course of a day sometimes, but never more than 200-300 at once.

    Already did legs + burned 300 kcal's on the threadmill

    Yo just ate 800 calories worth of pastries.

    This weeks cheat meal i guess.

    Luckily i've already trained fasted and this was the first meal of today.

    Pastries have never tasted so good, my mouth was literally cumming.

    Protein shake + chicken filets n some veggies and i'm still 230+ grams protein and sub 2000 calories.

    This will not become a habit, mos def not gonna jump on some IIFMM bullshit lol.

    Fuck them pastries, because of them i weren't hungry when i would normally cook dinner, so i drank 100 grams of protein powder and ate a box of fat free cottage cheese, but then i still had 70 grams protein to go not to mention was getting hungry so cooking 350grams of chicken filet atm, but because of pastries not gonna be able to add anything for the taste lol.

    Lesson learnt.

    Next saturday rather gonna buy a pizza srs.
