AMA Just failed a food challenge

    2 500 g burgers
    500 g fries
    300 g chocolate milkshake

    in 30 min

So basically I had something like 100-150 g of fries left when the timer was up. They gave me a standing ovation since I was so close but didn't get the t-shirt hall of fame picture etc, I would have succeeded if I had another 5 minutes and was stuck with the $50 bill.

The fries were pretty disgusting (so much salt my tongue burns). Burgers were pretty tasty. Pretty much by 20 minutes in, I knew shit wasn't going to happen. I can't eat that fast non-stop. Once 10 minutes had elapsed from the time I finished talking my last bite, I started to realize I wasn't that full (maybe like 70%). I didn't eat the remaining fries since I wanted to get home and watch the tennis match.

Usually after a trip to the chinese buffet, I can't even drink a glass of water and can barely walk.

    Meanwhile....

15 minutes has gone by and Vynz is on his third plate, the women in the crowd are creaming their pants at the thought of what he could do to their pink treasures, not that he cares.

The crowd is cheering on as Vynz out of nowhere rips off his sleeveless hoodie and starts utilizing an ancient metabolism increasing tactic taught by the Australian Counsel of Mogging...

    That's right bitches... Muzzing

I typically do that at the buffet but it's 2 hours vs .5 hour.

Burgers were probably like 1000 cal each, milkshake like 500 cal (it had some whipped cream on top) and fries like 1500 cal. So 4000 cal in total but I think the sodium made it feel like more.

I'm not hungry that's for sure but no I'm not full. It was just too much to cover in 30 minutes. I'm used to taking my time and eating over a 2 hour window.

If you want to train next time, you have to expand your stomach starting a week before, with an excessive amount of fluids. Combine that with heavy physical weight training, you will be prepped for most local food challenges.

I can eat a lot in general, stomach is pretty expanded. I typically drink close to a gallon of water a day. Just can't handle all that much in such a short span I guess lol. I'll try a corned beef challenge one day, it's 3 lb of meat no sides and 1 hour. That should be doable since I won't have to rush like a maniac.

Just take Kratom before your challenge so you can ignore the full pains
