You could do it for 750k easily in some places, like TN, VA, NC, etc.

My grandfather's house sold last year for about 300k. Not sure on all the details but the house is almost 4000 sq feet + it's on 16 acres. I could be happy with that.

I've found 40 acres in WV with a 3 bedroom house for 200k. Seen alot of Amish mini farms for sale too but usually there sub 10 acres and to me thats like being sub 6 ft. why bother?

rebought 900k algos at 0.90 and 900k at 0.85, placed order at 6am and went to sleep, they filled at 10am during sleep, than did some more buy ins in bed on my smartphone, like 30k nano and bought back the bnb's i sold at 300usd
