    Pre plan your meals and eat the next one when you're hungry and go for a 10 min walk after every meal. Even if you were still hungry after your meal, you won't be hungry anymore after your walk.
    Switch your fast carbs for slow ones ie white rice for oatmeal.
    Make sure you're getting enough fat.
    Caffeine, 1liter of water between diet sodas.
    Chewing gum.
    Eat high fiber fruit (like apples and berries not bananas) before your meals; studies show this helps people eat less calories daily.
    Plan your workout or an activity during the time of day you get the most cravings, do not let yourself be home alone when you most crave food.
    Do not buy foods you can't control yourself with. I try to eat cereal like once a year.. but I simply can't stop adding more milk, then more cereal, then more milk, etc if I'm alone.
    Finally I eat a big protein shake before bed so my tummy is full when I go to sleep.

    I control myself every day and sometimes it is very difficult. I have three main rules:
    1) drink a lot of water when I feel hunger
    2) try to use smaller plates
    3) take protein
