If you do at least some level of maintaining work on your oly lifts, like even one good set of them once a week, it's not gonna disappear off of you. And even if you don't do that, you're never gonna lose your oly strength entirely. And whatever you might lose, it comes back fast when you start training it again, trust me on this. You'll be fine!

If you want to maintain aesthetics, squat already works your lower body pretty good so just do one pressing movement and one pulling movement high rep 1-3 sets at least once a week and you should be able to maintain your upper body musculature (you probably won't stay at your peak size but you will stay mostly the same.)
