    Hit a 1 rep max on the squat every day and don't train anything else. You will find that you're able to add more weight literally every single day.

    Been considering it honestly, seems like a good idea in theory, but I'm just not sure about not doing anything else at all, since I'm trying to get good at oly lifts. I may just try it though if I can't progress well with what I'm doing now.

    Focus on one thing at a time, you'll be fine.
    If you do at least some level of maintaining work on your oly lifts, like even one good set of them once a week, it's not gonna disappear off of you. And even if you don't do that, you're never gonna lose your oly strength entirely. And whatever you might lose, it comes back fast when you start training it again, trust me on this. You'll be fine!

    If you want to maintain aesthetics, squat already works your lower body pretty good so just do one pressing movement and one pulling movement high rep 1-3 sets at least once a week and you should be able to maintain your upper body musculature (you probably won't stay at your peak size but you will stay mostly the same.)

    If your trying to get good at the only lifts just front squat back squat CJ S power clean jerk power snatch and do them over and over.

    If you want to do some bench and upper back after your oly lifts that’s cool too. I did Olympic weightlifting strictly for almost a year. It’s a very slow progress. It takes like 3-4 months just to really dial in the form efficiency

Just cause you are actually adding weight on the bar doesn’t mean you are getting stronger, every other workout you reported back as being terrible or saying I’m taking a break from squats because my form isn’t good. 6 horrible workouts and 6 days off due to needing a break doesn’t equal 32lbs on your squat. Your still a borderline novice for a 200lb male in the squat but I think even your done with your noob gains

    Dude you're far from anything that even remotely qualifies for "success" on anything. You're a 500lb squatter who should be a 700lb squatter, but you're not a 700lb squatter and you never will be because you don't know how to train with intensity and you don't know how to train for maximum strength, you call yourself a powerlifter but you basically train like a bodybuilder without the accessories. And then you try to run gimmick programs designed for lifters like Blain Sumner and you honestly think that's gonna get you to lift the weights he does, just lol.
    You're not qualified to give advice on anything, except AAS and street drugs.
