    if someone was cutting on test only what would be better 250mg a wk or 500+?

    not cutting for a show or anything just to look good tho would 250mg suffice to cut for a few months before a big blast?

    250 mg + lots of protein is more than likely enough. Unless you're pro level, 250 is enough to cut on, but might be hard to build on.

    250 should be fine. Until you get close to the single digits i wouldn't see muscle loss being an issue.

    Any muscle loss would immediately come back when you blast.

    Better to have the time for your body to normalize imo.

    Take taurine before cardio and if you still get painful pumps while on only 250 mg test you have some other shit in your body lol

    You'll get pumps but not the ones that hurt. Crippling shin and back pumps didn't happen. But lifting is no issue. I would get forearm and calve pumps from driving.

    As far as what? Preserving muscle? It won't make a big difference, more anabolics will always be better in terms of pretty much anything though. You've asked this a few times now it seems, if you're gonna blast when you're cut to a healthy range 250mg is best so you don't have to worry about health markers sitting at 500mg test for extended periods of time

    I'm bulking on 500MG test e/wk atm. I wanna bloatcut starting in feb. If I stayed on 500mg test e for the first month that I transition from bulk to cut and then drop down to a cruise dose, will I keep more of my muscle?

    as opposed to dropping from 500-250 when I start cutting.

    You'll lose glycogen and some water if you're retaining that's about it

    When lowering test dose, just eat slightly over maintance for a couple of weeks, and then start your cut. Instead of jumping into cut immediately.

    Probably, but the way I posted is way easier and feels better imo. No need to cut on 500 mg if you're not even natty limit.
