    Shoulders
    Seated glutes-on-the-floor smith machine behind the neck press 4x10-15 95-115lbs lite slow and controlled like everything else i do, especially for this movement because it's an unhealthy position for shoulders
    gonna try a few supersets of this with close grip underhand smith press-looks good for side delts

    Face pulls 3x10 40-60 lbs
    Side raises 2x5-10 25-30 lb, then 6x10-15 15-20 lbs going hard as i fucking can as far as form and contractions go, controlling the weight while still going intense af, started taking pre workout recently and i got no tolerance, gonna be banging these out hard af like im on crack srs
    Rear delt flyes 12.5lbs 4x15 trying to even my rear delts, idk if they are actually diff size but my right rear delt is way more separrated on side chest pose
    Front raises 12.5 lbs slow and controlled 2x15 just going easy and controlled on these to emphasize front delt symetry

    Arms
    Assisted chin ups
    Tricep pushdown on assisted machine footplacing area

    Cable curls with short bar attached to lat pulldown pachine
    Kneeling tricep pushdown with v bar attached to lat pulldown machine, full stretch and touch lat pulldown seat

    Hammer curls sititng on incline bench work up to heavy af weight
    DB skullcrusher on incline bench

    arms finisher: inverted underhand rows off smith bar squeezing tf out of biceps banging out for stupid pump
    close grip push ups off smith bar
    supersetter with the following superset:
    preacher curls/kickbacks
