    Aware me on your favorite tricep exercises

    I need new ways to tricepmaxx. I've been neglecting them for months ever since I quit doing skullcrushers due to elbow pain. Been doing lots of dips which gets the blood flowing through them but the only things that actually fatigues them is cable pushdowns and narrow grip bench (which I rarely do cause my chest is toast after regular bench).

    I wanna get them shredded dick triceps

    Was going to say skullcrushers, rope cable pushdowns are pretty good too, sometimes like to finish with diamond pushups.

    overall mass- Close grip bench hands down
    underrated-dumbbell pullovers really target the upper chest and long head of the tricep which I found isn't hit as hard during regular tricep work

    Cable pushdowns (rope & regular), skullcrushers, overhead extentions with dumbbell/cable, dips machine

    Close grip bench press is a powerlifting exercise to me. Doesnt even compare to isolation exercises...

    Legit I had been neglecting triceps for a while, just pushdowns. I did the superset I mentioned above, arms grew quarter inch overnight ngl.

    addibg in floor Press has really helped me surpass this bench plateau. But that's just what I needed at this point specifically, def feel my triceps in it obviously.
    Idk about size bc idgaf really. JM Press on incline I've done in the past and felt great size wise iirc would be good. Then just got done cable work idk

    Thanks guys, gonna start integrating the JM press and throw in some db pullovers on back day if my elbows can handle it. Idk how I've sleeping on the JM press all this time, legit never see anyone do it irl.

    Dips and skull crushers....nothing beats these 2 exercises

    Also, a great superset combo I do sometimes is a set of skull crushers with a curl barbell, and then immediately pull ur hands all the way together on that same barbell and do a set of close grip presses with it with zero rest in between...it will fuckin nuke your triceps

    For the long heads, overhead extension on cable machine using rope attachment. As for the lateral heads, alternating pushdown on the cable machine.
