    Keep cutting or bulk

    Have been cutting for a while, from 280 lbs down to 175ish now. Not sure how much longer to keep cutting or whether I should start bulking. 22, 6'3.

    I would just do a slow cut with high protein medium carbs, while aiming to gain muscle. If you lean bulk now, you will look like shit year round until you cut again. Its not worth it IMO.
    Keep cutting until you see visible abs, then consider lean bulking.

    Also what are your lifts?

    I think your under 20 Percent, maybe like 16-18 percent bf. You can go ahead and lean bulk tbh.

    Best might be a slow recomp tbh. You still have tits and are dyel. you could be fairly lean with some muscle after 2 years of slow and steady recomp.

    I would also aim to more muscle.

    I mean if you go high intensity lifts, you'll be re-comping as well (yes, I believe in re-comp, sue me).
