I finally have determined that it was an extremely EXTREMELY tight left quadratus Lumbarum? --- The QL.

And a weak core.

I massaged it with a lacrosse ball for about 20 mins the other night and hadn't felt any pain. Wow... So simple. So sad.

Inshallah that I will be back to squatting 5 plates for SETS of 12 here soon.
