    Never been leaner than like 18% in my entire life. Gonna post a pic on the first week of each month and on May 30th. If I fukk up and don't make it, perma ban me srs.

    I would estimate that I have to lose 20-25lbs of fat. Don't give a fukk if I end up at twink status.

    Why this cut will be successful:
    I've switched my approach this time, after learning from many cuts in the past and am taking this one slower. If the hunger is becoming too unbearable I'll increase my calories slightly (so far it's worked). And learned some things from previous cuts, 1. avoid alcohol where food is available to order. 2. cheat days/meals are not for me 3. If I feel too hungry at 2400 calories I will do a legit, carefully planned diet break for 2 weeks and reset back to 2000.

    My lowest weight on my last cut was 177.8 lbs and about ~18-20% bodyfat and I am already almost there. Misc will decide my fate on June 1st to whether I made it or not based on my progress or lack of.

    Note: Currently on a diet break, eating around maintenance for 9 days. Feels great I really needed a break then I am trying a new approach (resuming diet with 2 maintenance days per week on my most stressful/long days and lower cals on the rest) will update on how it goes. As far as the diet before the break it was getting pretty miserable, chit training, mood etc, hunger was somewhat manageable.

    Goal weight by 3/1 = 167lbs

    Some estimates for bodyfat (Assuming no added lbm loss and fat free mass guess is accurate) big assumption
    15% = 170.5%
    12.5% = 166
    10% = 161.6lbs

    Decided to end my diet break after six days, avg 2800 calories. Feel like going any further won't provide any additional benefits. Feel fed, full of water, weights didnt magically get any lighter of course as i hoped they would. Back to the grind and mission

    Gained about 1lb of water weight a day

    Week 21 2/3 - 2/9

    Final thoughts on 6 day diet break: It definitely eliminated some of the psychological stresses, particularly food fantasies and that instinctual maddening driving hunger. It will be interesting to see how long these effects last. Lost all the water weight in less than 2 days and actually hit a low point in this block of 171.8. Gym performance didn't see any significant increases from the break, I seen declines in maximum strength and started a new meso cycle with the same volume but with higher reps/slightly lower weights and am aiming for progressive overload

    This week I am aiming for a 1% bw loss, with my new IF protocol and 2 maintenance days with the estimated TDEE of 2500. So 2500kcal x 2 1875kcal x 5

    3 lifting days / 1800 calories of cardio (Mostly liss in walking). I should lose 1.5lbs conservatively estimating. I accounted for a bunch of variables to come up with these numbers which I wont bother posting now but may post how I got to these numbers/estimations later

    Update.. hit 169.4lbs yesterday and also saw 2 abs in perfect lighting while flexing (first time in my life) hopefully those fuckers start coming in quick

    Update for the first week of march

    In another thread I went over how I've been half dosing my TRT myself and corrected that, also added creatine because there is no meat in my diet, combine that with a deload on lifting and cardio cut to 60% and I actually gained a couple pounds, assumable water so now all of my calculations are going to be thrown out the window until things settle down and I can start seeing progress on the scale again. My lowest weigh in was 168.8 and I projected myself to reach 166 by the start of march.

    Currently at about a 171lb rolling average for the last 2 weeks.

    Progress.. saw one blurry top ab come in perfect lighting, face definitively showing signs of leaning now, dat dere hollowing between cheekbone and jaw bone showing a little. Everything else pretty subtle, not even worth taking an update pic.

    May have to consider dipping calories below 2000 per day, it seems like progress has slowed down and at this rate it will take forever to reach my goals, will give it a few more weeks at status quo to see how the T helps.

    For purposes and estimations going forward I will say I'm currently 15% bodyfat at 171lbs

    It's a good psychological tool when beginning a cut, I can can get away with extreme deficits for a little while and cut weight fast. When I started I was in a fully fed and prolonged hypercaloric status.. honestly eating 2000 calories today is harder than the first month at 1400-1600. When shit got too rough I started increasing.

    Speaking of which, I am deciding to do this again. I'm just gonna cut at 2400kcals, toss out the scale for a few weeks and see where I'm at in 3 weeks (and start collecting daily weigh ins for a rolling average after 3 weeks) by then water weight/T/Glycogen changes should all be stable and I can track decreases in the rolling average.

    Reasoning for change:

    Energy and workouts have been complete chit now going on 6 weeks

    Stress has been high (physio school fulltime, volunteering chit, and involved with several obligations on campus, long ass commutes) while trying to manage this chit

    Deloads/Diet breaks haven't corrected the problem

    So to backtrack on my last post I actually saw a very faded blurry 6-pack yesterday in good lighting so that is a increase in visual progress.. How the hell did I cut to 160lbs years ago as a twink with no T, zero muscle, at 2400 calories and now I'm cutting at 2000 10lbs heavier?

    I think I might benefit from a thermic effect of increase Kcal + a boost in NEAT and Exercise intensity kcal burned

    Plus with doubling my T, although still not in big boi territory I'll be at the top of the normal psychological range.. maybe I'll gain a few ounces of muscle

    WORST CASE I should still be losing 0.5lbs per week at 2400 and that's accounting for if I drastically screwed up my TDEE and Calories Burned in cardio (which I lop 20% of calculators that take HR, Age, weight into account for calories burned)

    To some it all up I've been dieting for 7 months and I'm sick of eating just around a 2000 average per day.

    So gonna do this and stick to it with changing for at least 3 weeks and we'll see how it pans out.
