    Chest/back today. Bench press, Incline dumbbell press, fly machine/chest press machine superset, pull ups, pull downs, cable rows/bent over side laterals superset. Felt like cardio lol. Not used to 2 muscle groups in one workout & supersets.

    No juice today.

    Diet: 3 eggs, toast
    Chicken soup with rice

    Whatever Im doing that day & make her do my exercises tbh. Shoulders/bis/tris. Might try to get her to have a cheeky post workout meal with me...

    If that dont happen then imma trenmaxx for life. Already talked to fitness chick and she is DTF even when sober so its all good baby baby. Its crazy how i have game with random sluts but with crush i become beta.

    Fitness chick aint responding to snapchats. This only gives me motivation to work hard in gym/diet/juice!

    Juice: 100mg tren A

    Gym: leg day. Leg ext, leg press 1, leg press 2, stiff leg deadlift, leg curls. Did 15 reps an all sets. Good workout.

    Diet: finally back on Keto.
    5 eggs, 4 egg whites
    Shake
    Chicken, almonds
    Shake
    Beef, salad
    Shake

    Dave Palumbo diet baby time to get freaky. Might increase dose aswell. Experiencing no sides at all other than cramps & dreaming about crush every night srs

    likewise back on keto today. youve done DP before, he advocates no solid carb sources at all right? how does that work even if no carb post-workout (I usually do keto in day with carb backloading on training days)

    No carbs other than the ones you get from nuts. Works well because you stop craving carbs when you never have them. After a week it becomes easy. Only hassle is always having to prepare/bring food. I substituted the peanutbutter for real peanuts tho. Not a fan of BP in shake or straight from Jar lol

    Juice: 250mg test E, 100mg tren A, 0.5mg Arimidex

    Gym: leg day w my crush <3. Leg ext, leg press 1, leg press 2, stiff leg DL, leg curls, crunches. Weights going way up. Feels good mayne. Trained fasted aswell.

    Diet: protein shake, protein bar
    2 steaks
    3 beers (Need to limit drinking to weekends)

    I think tren is killing my appetite. Can’t even finish half of my meals. Feels good mayne people be telling me that Im looking leaner
