Curious to see how everyone times their blasts and cruises in terms of how long they stay on and how much time they take off in between blasts and why. I've always been weary of overdoing blasts or not cruising long enough then, as a consequence, desensitising your receptors, spinning wheels and burning out.

I've personally stuck to this protocol over the past year or so without stalling results for too long:

16 Week Blast - Bulking Phase - Moderate - High Dose - 250 Cal Surplus

Consists of any of the following compounds:

Test
Dbol
Deca
EQ
Anadrol
Tren (Depending on bodyfat)

Arimidex
Caber

8 Week Cruise - Maintenance Phase/Reverse Dieting - TRT Dose

150-250mg Test
SARMS
Raloxifene

12 Week Blast - Cutting Phase - Low - Moderate Dose - 250 Cal Deficit

Consists of any of the following compounds:

Test
Tren
Anavar
Winstrol
Clen
T3

Arimidex
Caber

Then another 8 week cruise and REPEAT
