And for sacrificing your only son
Guys,i'm training for 2-3 days in week, main it's my health... It's all that i want said.
I achieved my best powerlifting competition results, both natty and not, training one day per week. As a bodybuilder, three out of every five days, so 4.2 times per week on average.

I did all of the powerlifts and accessory work during a five hour workout every Saturday. I spent most of the rest of the week feeling like I was hit by a truck. Felt human by Friday and was jumping out of my skin by Saturday. Being that powerlifting is so nervous system-centric, it was better for me to have to be “on” once per week. This was done during meet prep, twelve weeks or so. During the off-season I trained more like a bodybuilder.
