    Fancy Toenails summer and contest log.

    Bulk has finished. I got to wrapped up in work to log the rest of my bulk. Peaked at 219 3 weeks ago.

    Plan on competing in early October. Goal is to win the show. I took 4 or so years off competing to focus on life and career. Starting bottom tier and working my way up.

    Currently have deca clearing my system.

    My plan thanks to @Bulgarian is to run 6 weeks of var with some masteron as a little summer cut up. Vacation get away with the gf. Then getting into my contest prep early June.

    Will start
    70mg var next week.
    300mg masteron.
    400 test

    Contest prep

    200 test
    800 eq (front loaded)
    Proviron 50

    Test will be upped to 400 around week 6
    Masteron at 300 week 8 to 10

    Switch to prop 4 weeks out
    Winny at 50/50/ last 2 weeks depend on my look
    Injectables dropped 1 week out.

    I have t3 and clen on hand.

    How was the deca durabolin compared to your eq blast? Also, current weight? Depending on how much water you hold you've put on maybe... 15-17lbs lbm (excluding water).

    I went from 193 to 219. I'm currently around 206. I've been cutting the past 2 weeks.

    I made more progress on the deca blast for sure. I felt way better mentally and physically on eq. I will not run deca again. NPP however I will. Mentally I was unaffected on npp

    btw next time you run nandrolones and give in to tren

    There was an active ingredient in RYR that has been since taken out that makes it effective for lowering HDL since it's "pharmaceutical", so it might not be in there. But as far as I know, that's your best bet in keeping bad cholesterol from rising to horribly. @Bulgarian

    Ldl you mean? Hdl is the good cholesterol.

    Coq10 is good but idk what kind of an effect it will have when you're on orals dhts etc.

    I use 800mg coq10 a day as well as omega fatty acids with a minimum of 45 mins cardio.

    I don't think I'll touch tren until I have a shot at something.

    Don't really care about spending money on dexa scans. I put on some good size. True measurements are trivial imo. The mirror is what counts in this case

    I've never looked in stores because of online. Amazon and pipping rock are king. Even yohimbine was making it through the border to Canada from Amazon, but didn't buy it. The only supps I buy in stores are NAC and PWO. I don't bother with protein powder anymore.

    I'll look into it. I'd prefer to order everything online but I just placed one so I'd rather not annoy my landlord with constant packages

    Spent the night on the gfs tiny double bed. Her head was right where I pinned the entire night tender at.
    Her dad's birthday dinner. Roast mashed potato and veggies. Some Ice cream cake for dessert.


    Doubled my cardio for the day and only ate protein sources beforehand.

    3 weeks off deca and 4 off drol. Strength has dropped at most 10 pounds on lifts

    I'm still better than you in everyway running lower doses of gear for less time.

    Keep your bs off my log and in that other thread. I really don't feel like having some trampstamped twink turning this into a lilleo log

    Niacin can cause liver damage. But may use at beginning of prep before bed .

    Had a stiff neck so training has been limited. Feel good today. Time to get back to it.

    Day 5 of var. Shin pumps coming in. Forgot about these.

    Slight change you prep. Couldn't bypass requalifying so I pushed back show until early November. Plan will stay the same just squeezing an extra 4 weeks from eq. May not do as aggressive as a front load. New pic after the weekend.

    First pic is from last week 2nd was yesterday.

    Been real lazy with keeping chest and stomach hairless. Will happen today though. Should add to looking leaner.

    Significant fat loss over the week. Been real busy with work and life. Taking yesterdqy and today as personal days still hitting the gym but just hanging out at home. Chores and kicking back.
