So i am a conservative 205 lbs first thing in the morning and looking for the most effective way to cut to 12-14% bf. I was thinking just eat super healthy on 2000 calories and high protein and keep lifting heavy. And in 8 weeks i will reach by goal. See no reason why i can't go from 205 lbs 20ish% bf to 185 or so 12% bf if i do this.
