Always have this urgency to have to be doing something that?s making me improve

If I?m not at work or the gym, I?m watching YouTube videos or reading books on how to make more money/success/learning etc.

Driving to and from work I listen to a ton of podcasts. Legit information podcasts no joerogan shit

Feel pretty anxious always feel like I?m not doing enough, like there should be something I?m doing/reading.

Only time I?m able to relax and not even think about this is when I?m hanging out with friends or with my girlfriend.

Anyone else feel this? I don?t necessarily see it as a bad thing in this time in my life, just became a lot more aware of it as it?s become more intense
