    Fat Loss Log Table

    This is what fat loss would look like assuming a 1000 daily calorie deficit and no metabolic slowdown which can only be avoided by supplementing T3 or T4 later on.

    30 days to get to 15% which is 35lbs of fat, which is still way too much. This goes to show how fat free mass misleads body fat %. Looking decent will happen around 30lbs of fat which is about 13% for 200lbs FFM.

    Nah I look the same but was sick for 2 months with an eye infection.

    The estimated water weight might have to be more than -10 but what else is non sense?

    Also the BF%s are slightly off at some points, but its impossible to make an accurate chart

    I've cut 30 lbs in 30 days and 40 lbs in 60 days, but I was not lifting at all and had been out of the gym for almost 5 yrs and was fat.

    Lifting is not viable with weight loss that fast unless you want to cut strength by 20%+, would burnout so fast

    Exactly why I didn't lift, would have got frustrated and bulked to get strength back.

    For 250mg test I'm pretty close yeah. I could up the dose I guess but need to come off lol

    Me getting fatter is because I'm at that limit. Have to do cope 200cal surpluses or blast.

    I'll obviously post pics but at 225 215 and 205

    Diet is 1.1lbs of chicken breast, spiced and about 200g of broccoli along with maybe 1 shake and electrolytes (powerade zero/Gatorade) to avoid cramping
