    so how can you handle the volume without getting bored to death? I tried doing 8 sets of deadlifts then 7 sets of front squats and almost killed myself. took me so long

    Week 3 Day 5 Heavy Bench Day

    Hit top amrap set of 235 for 4 reps, i messed up my form on this set probably could have had at least 5 or more, hit last amrap set of 160 for 35 with @lurkcerchad in mind, am satisfied with accessory movement progress

    I just listen to music and try to relax and bring down heart rate between sets. I usually spend 60 to 90 minutes with these workouts but my previous program had more volume and took 2 to 2 and a half hours to complete so I am used to this time and volume already.
