    do you use straps on ALL of your back movements?

    keep it raw as much as possible, use chalk if necessary. if you cant deadlift 405 w/o straps, then that's probably why theyre lagging behind

    Even in big guys I can always tell the ones who lift heavy ass weight to build their physiques by two things:

    1: forearms
    2: thickness in upper back


    You can build some decent muscle esp on gear training like a pussy but the forearms don’t lie

    Also tradies almost always forearm mog, just the way it is

    Tradies also have bone remodeling, if you're working 8 hour days of constant arm/bone strain, the bone remodels to be bigger and thicker (basis for old man strength), for most people 3-4 gym sessions for an hour wont really do much for bone remodeling.

    When you're a framecel, you need direct forearm work (unless using COPIOUS amounts of gear).

    My forearms are legit big (no e stat) from lifting 4 days per week and I’m on trt and haven’t taken serious dose in well over a year

    I guess forearm curls won’t hurt but it’s gonna take more than that to put some meat on the forearms

    I wonder if working as a pt and picking up and putting down weights, barbells etc for 6 hours a Day is actually playing a role. I know I burn a shit ton of cals just being at work
