    Down to 163.36 lb. so pretty much exactly 1 pound since my last update

    Haven?t taken a shit in like 1.5-2 days now so my true weight is probably a little lower at like162.8 or something


    @JC456 thoughts on this progress? Still avging like 4-5k steps per day

    When measuring your weight for the purpose of progress comparisons it's better to use a weekly average.

    1lb fluctuations really mean fuck all in the grand scheme. You could take a shit and be 2lbs down, or wake up tomorrow 2lbs up. It's meaningless.

    Use an average.

    Down to 162.6 today in the morning without taking a shit. I had a cheat day on Saturday. Went to Wendy’s and ordered 5 deluxe cheeseburgers and has probdbly 500 calories worth of Nutella with these high calorie cookies


    Played 3 hours of basketball yesterday tho so I kinda made it up.

    Weight loss is going pretty good but I just did the math and I would have to cut to 155lb to be 10% bf which is freaking crazy

    @JC456 what?s ur opinion on cutting by burning more calories vs cutting by decreased calorie intake on impact on hunger and sustainability

    Currently on a 3 day diet break, eating lots of ice cream, burgers, etc but burning around 3.3k calorie cals on avg each day so it doesn?t look like I gained much fat at all. What?s wierd is while I?m more satisfied I?m still hungry very often and crave fatty junk food.

    Feels wierd to be trying so hard while being only 13.6% body fat. Maybe I?ve gotten in my head

    It's both buddy. You've got to balance it out. By the end of a big cut (usually someone's first big cut) they're very high on activity and very low on calories. If you rebound correctly (don't fucking binge) then it'll get easier next time.

    My advice now you are on a diet break

    1) Extend the diet break to 1 full week, but calm down on eating shit. Move to more food sure, but start to taper down your taste buds.

    2) Use this new energy to create lots of activity. Like I've recommended before. Activity should be sky high by the end of the week.

    3) Slooooowly return to a deficit when diet break is over and MAINTAIN your activity levels. You will be able to eat more and still lose.

    Lastly remember that as you get leaner the deficit will have to REDUCE. Do not pile drive into 10%.

    Yea I was kinda hoping to maintain around 10%bf for a few months... thought this whole cut would be a breeze as I used to always have problem eating enough food. I tried bulking once to 185lb and after that its like Ive never fully recovered lol. I used to be a ure ectomorph and walk around 155lb no problem. Im the leanest I've ever been tho I think

    I look about the same if not better tbh but I've gained weight.... Im up from 162.3 to 163.9

    The only place that I dont look as lean as before is my face. tbh gaining so much weight is discouraging and this cut shouldve been over already, dont want to finally reach 10% bf when the summer is actually over. Might order some Albuterol and Sibutramin and jus force myself down

    Definitly agree, going at a slower pace would be much more sustainable tho

    Do you or @longNStrong have any experiance with Sibutramin?

    I do yeah, it certainly works but I didn't like the way I felt on it.

    My last cut, I shaved off 12kg from an 8 month bulk and I only introduced fat burners the final two weeks.

    I'm not a fan of any fat burners anymore. You have to factor stress vs reward.

    After about a 10 day diet break eating absolutely everything I want my appetite has returned to almost zero. As a matter of fact I feel like total bloated peace of shit righ now.

    I’m only up about 1.5-2lb tho on avg from my lowest weigh in. Considering about half of that at least is just food and water weight I think this was a very successful diet break. Seems like my body has reset its baseline around my current bf%.

    I knew my ectomorph genetics hadn’t disappeared lol. I think I was just cutting too aggressively and my body started freaking out

    Started sibutramine last week, lost a bunch of weight. Then took a few days of sib, did half doses, etc now Im back on 15mg per day. Lets just cut the shit and get straight to business. Think I might have to cut to 150lb to be 10%. My scale is showing me at 13.3%bf and tbh I kinda agree with that estimate

    When I was like 14 I got a bodyfat done at the gym on my first day and they said I was 9% when I was probably 2-3% more bf than I am now. Can't believe I spent my whole life until now not lean

    Currently around 72kg
