    Woke up at 164 today. Lost almost everything I gained in 4 weeks in just 2 days. Wtf! Had night sweats again last night while being cold. Must be a high sodium thing?

    This npp I'm using is from a different source. The npp I've used a few times b4 was from panda.

    I'm staying alot drier and leaner with this npp now. B4 with pandas shit I was very watery looking n bloated. So I'm wondering if panda gave me test prop b4 instead.

    Cpuld also be the food intake and youre leaner then before. Horomone levels may be more balanced

    Week 5\ Fri

    So got my weight back up again this week from 162 to 171 lol. I'm back in this bitch. Eating fairly dirty cus it's the only way for me to keep gaining. Been hitting up fast food places everyday for that easy 1k+ cals in a single meal. It's been really helping. I haven't had any night sweats since that last one. Which is weird. Few more weeks left on this blast. Let's see if I can hit 180 again.

    Serious question, if you have so much trouble gaining weight because of your appetite, why dont you walk around with a bag of trail mix? 1 cup of that is easy af to smash and easily 600 cals. As long as you're eating enough protein normally I dont see anything wrong with the added fat at all.

    Ive been buying pastries or some kind of dessert everday. Which is like another 500-1000cals. B4 I always tried to get protein in every meal now if I just do like 2 out of 5 meals of just carbs n fat it helps me get up in the calorie surplus I need to be in.

    Some test I ran last year was prepared in MIG oil...hated pinning it because of the intense pip.
