    I do Wana compete. But I Wana go in and win it. None of of this 3rd or 4th place shit. Need to take home 1st or 2nd to make it worth my time. I am very interested just not sure about the costs and what type of competitions. I rather not do the board short comps. Would be cool to be an ifbb pro.

    You really have to work hard to achieve that. One thing you should consider if you want to compete you should look into getting a coach.

    In all honesty, a first show should be a small local show just to get the "feel" for it and have fun as well. Then as time goes on and with more experience move up to the state level and then beyond.

    Week 5\ Sun

    Back down to 165lbs in the morning. Had another night with crazy sweats and pissn like 2-3 times through out the night. I went to sleep at 171lbs so it's crazy to lose 5lbs over night. Starting to think the npp I'm running is not npp. I'm very vascular and I'm barely bloating and staying fairly lean. Had alot of sodium these past days so that may be why. But not sure. I feel like I'm running dhb or masteron. I used up the last vial of the npp I been running so now I'ma use the left overs of the npp ive used b4 from panda. So we'll see if there's is a difference. Definitely way drier on this npp than the panda shit I've used.

    He just means you need to spend a long time bulking more conservatively. Say a smaller surplus ut for a year and you can really grow

    It's not even close to the same thing.

    Bulking 8 months straight a year and cutting 4 months a year is going to be far superior to bulking for 8 weeks and cutting for 8 weeks over and over.

    Also if you have a problem eating 3k cals for 10 weeks good luck getting anything close to pro sized

    So I can cruise after this then do another short bulk cycle again. I do like 2 bulks 2 cuts a year lol. What's the point of keep on bulking up when u get to a high bf %? Just gonna get fatter n look worse.

    Smaller surplus for longer periods of time. If you're getting fat that fast you're eating too much.

    Week 6\ Mon

    Had night sweats and lots of pissing* through the night again last night. I dunno if this is happening from a fast metabolism or the drugs or from eating too much? I dunno but it's fukn crazy. I'm defintly eating over my maintenance by like 800 cals.

    Now I'm back down to 162 even tho I was around 169-171 all week.

    Holding 167lbs. Like I said b4 I don't think this shit is npp. I never had such crazy night sweats. They're so bad. Im sleeping in towels cus when I wake up to piss I come back n pillow and sheets are soaked. The Tren I'm on is very good but I never got so many consistent night sweats on it eaepcially at 200mg pw. I'm downing so much food too like nothing but i seem to just sweat it all out lol.
    Bowels have been 2-3x per day too. Shit crazy, I do feel like I'm building lean muscle. Feel great thought ought the day and in the gym too. I brewed up another batch of the npp I started with so I'm still on the same sources npp. I'm eating so fuckin dirty and it's like impossible to bloat. My sodium intake is very high too.
