    What is the easiest diet to follow for weight loss

    I hate counting calories, for one, most foods don't come with calories included and you have to estimate, is always off

    to make it work I would have to stick to the exact same foods everyday and not more, so I know exactly what I'm eating and I can reduce it if I need to

    unfortunately I cant drink even isolate protein it messes up my stomach

    I weight 175lbs but my body fat is high probably 18% minimum

    I should be aiming at 2000 calories as my body fat doesn't need energy
