    Im Only eating these Foods since yesterday. (Chicken Breast, Oats, Whey, Almond Milk,Rice Cakes, Sweet Patatoes, Fruits/Veggies.)

    Im just gunna bence once a week from now/Squat twice/Deadlift Once.

    But anyways it’s real easy to do about 1200. Only chicken breast and vegetables and a bunch of Powerade and lacroix is keeping me very full

    lol tht equates to 1700 cals a day, actually gunna try this method tbh sounds wayyy more interesting then starving on 1800 cals a dya.

    Not really. You can only outnon a max of .2lbs of fat a day according to multiple studies in a 1500 surplus....so if I’m losing 2 lbs a week I’d really be losing 1.8 or closer to 2 still since I’m on Test. Body doesn’t work like that

    hope thts no true lol, gunna just do 1200 cals till next saturday and depending on my wieght/how i look, i may binge/refeed.

    how often do u lift a week on those calories?
