    Getting Lean is FUCKING BRUTAL

    I?m sitting at 13.6% bf right now (legit! Not saying my bf by 4% lower than it actually is like 90% of you) and my food options have gotten so limited. I can?t eat so many things that I enjoy and my food craving are so much higher

    Gett No to 10% is gonna be brutal. I?ve lost 20ish pounds already

    Getting "lean" is simple. Stage lean can be another story though

    Where youre at now all you have to do is eat a slight deficit and maybe do some cardio

    Each bodyfat testing method you use will give a different number, and every bodyfat testing method can have skewed results depending how it’s done.



    Most of what we imagine as being “they look 10% bodyfat” “they look 7% bodyfat” is mostly based off bodybuilders and athletes of the past doing bodyfat testing with calipers.


    Whatever their “true” “actual” bodyfat percentage is anybody’s guess

    You dont actually lose much muscle at all natty until you start getting in the lower single digits. Then you need to be smart about your appraoch. Youre literally juatblosing your glycogen right now.

    The hunger is huge on gear compared to natty.

    Im sitting at probably 12 percent. Ive spent the last 5 months bulking about to start a blast aimes for size as well.


    Last time i cut as a natty. Thats fully relaxed

    Not really. I did several years of bulking then had a cutting phase then like 1.5 yrs of bulking then cut again

    Nowdays I dont have real "bulking" phase where I would eat 5k calories every day or whatever. I eat when I m hungry. If I dont hit my calories I wont force feed or stay up until I do I ll just say fuck it

    I was 2 weeks away from being stage lean there. 12 percent is a very over estimated bodyfat.

    This is 4.5 weeks out
