Hit 181.5lbs last night. I almost don't want to stop the blast cus my weight continues to go up but it's time for a lil break. Might continue for another week or 2. I Wana start cutting soon but don't want to jump right into it and lose any new muscle I put on.
What ive found is when ive given myself like 6 weeks or so to hold my rough weight ive kept what i put on from the bulk. Otherwise i just piss it away
