    15 miles a day lol I do that daily working a retail job just walking around geek

    Have you actually ran 15 miles continuously? Doubt it, I rucked that before for time in the infantry

    The point of throwing up is you are exerting your body so hard and for such a long time you loose all air, when you want to stop you keep pushing even harder, you don’t necessarily throw up every time but you get the idea pussy

    incline cardio is legit, i burned 300 calories doing it for 20 min at 3.5 speed, my heart rate was around 180 or something.
