I’ve leveraged inflated job titles to my advantage

    “Fitness manager”

    “Membership director”

    “Account executive”

They all sound more important than they are, and I was sure to play on that when it served me

I think they kind of expect it tbh. It’s like steroids in baseball. If everyone’s doing it, it’s really not cheating

    Think about it

You want a job and it says “it experience needed”

Are you gonna be a bitch about it?

Or are you gonna be a problem solver?

The bitch keeps scrolling and pouts

The problem solver gets creative and maybe exaggerated their experience to land an interview

Hint: employers want problem solvers, people who can move quickly to come up with creative solutions (value)

Ask @Cuckzilla he managed to leverage his success starting the anti Jason blaha fan club into marketable experience that landed him a job as the COO of a multi million dollar company

    Someone gets it

Trust and believe if you bs your resume and walk into an interview and connect with the person interviewing you and show some predictors of success (hard working, move w urgency, people person, team player but competitive, can speak intelligently) they will hire you

    Remember people hire people

It’s a very subjective game And humans cannot under any circumstances be objective

Pro tip: get them off script talking about themself or their successes or challenges

At the end of the interview, close

“Hey x I really appreciate you taking the time out of your day for this interview. I was really excited to come down here, but now I’m confident this is a good fit for all of us. Is there any reason you don’t think this’ll be a good fit?”

    Then say nothing

    Most likely they’ll say no

If they give objections, counter their objection
