    500mg Test E Log

    Personal Log just to track my own progress etc. Ill update on Pin days

    next pin is Friday

    Current Routine is Push Pull Legs Push Pull Legs Arms (Repeat), So 7 Days a Week Basically, May Skip a Leg Day.

    Eating Clean as well, Macros are around 2600-2800 Calories for the next 3-4 Weeks Low Fat, 200+gs Protein, Than Ill gradually up my calorie intake, Im tryna be careful with any bf gain since im like 14ish-15 percent bf atm.

    will post pics at the 4 week mark.

    at 160lbs atm, Goal is 180lbs (not counting water) with like 3kgs less fat on me.

    you can easily hit that on your first cycle. The reason people say you cant put 20lb on is because most people starting roids are already almsot 200lb. 160lb is what you will be at after 1 year of lifting.

    you want to recomp with test e at 500mg , gain 8kg of muscle and lose 3 of fat . u are fk crazy and didnt know nothing about steroids.

    MAYBE CAN PUT 8KG , BUT EATING IN SURPLUS (not losing fat)

    with slightly above average genetics you can easily go from 160-180 on your first cycle. Im not sure about the losing fat part but relative to your body weight its possible to drop body fat %. 160lb is like 1 year of lifting max, you can run 500mg of test and get there in 3-4 months. Honestly if you can get to 180lb on your first cycle thats fukken sad

    Dude you can get to 160 to 180 easily on cycle but its not going to be 20lbs of muscle you fool. Maybe 3-5lbs at the most. Especially on a 500mg test cycle.

    3 poounds... avg cycle is 3 months, naturals can be putting on 3lb of muscle in that time frame if they are starting from 160

    I cant belive you guys. Not to mention 3-5 pounds out of 20 is freaking trash. If you keep estrogen in check you shouldnt gain that much water and theres not excuse for putting on that much fat for only 3-5lb at 160
