    Theres nothing healthy about lifting

    High cortisol
    Hormones get fucked up from cutting or bulking
    Bulking gives you high cholesterol
    Hard on joints
    Injuries
    Unhealthy supps ( even creatine mono is unhealthy as fuck)
    Lifting autism
    Becoming a narcissist
    Becoming a steroid tren addict
    High blood pressure

    Lol all for a little bit of muscle

    If you do it intelligently it's actually very healthy. I do two working sets per week for every bodypart and I don't go crazy with surpluses or deficits, I run very small ones. As long as you don't try to rush progress, it's healthy. If you're doing 50+working sets a week to failure and aggressively bulking or cutting, then yeah, it's pretty terrible for you.

    You don't make any gains as a natural though so what is the point? Anyone who has a muscular body is on steroids aka unhealthy

    Only people with bad genetics make no gains. But even if you have bad genetics, it's good to lift to gain strength and be healthier.
