    becnh press 80 kg x 3, shoulder felt bad. switching to close grip bench to save shoulder

    sometimes i do will snatch grip high pull instead deadlift to confuse the muscles and not deadlift as frequently

    no hate but your all over the place with diet/training

    think you should find a solid novice linear progression program and slowly build back up over time maybe even recomp a bit eating around maintainence calories

    if your already straining muscles/getting injured your first few weeks back in the gym somethings definitely not right that's just my advice
