    Just realized that I think everyone is lying online when they say what their ?workout? was

    All of these Instagram fitness scumbags,


    They?ll say, ?oh I did these 8 exercises, and I did 4 sets of each?


    And then they show a 1 minute video of them doing some exercises,


    I?m actually convinced now; that the workout footage you see was actually the only working out they did,



    I don?t believe they worked out for 2 fucking hours doing redundant set after set,


    These steroid drug addicts have no shame,



    They just take steroids and tell you to do a marathon workout like them and you?ll totes get jacked like them!!



    They probably do 1 hard set, and the rest is just pumping up on machines


    Steroids and genetics take care of the rest

    How can you work hard but still be able to do set after set with the same reps and weight??

    None of those guys who juice and have lean physiques are doing any real workouts. Legit go to the gym all you see is them talking and doing some pussy workouts with like 200 lbs.

    I used to lift like that before I realized working out is a waste of time and more importantly a waste of energy

    I do 2-3 max

    They’re larping hard claiming to do 5 hard sets at the same weight and sets
