    Memorizing TDEE equations

I looked up the actual equations for TDEE, I?m 5?-11.5? and the online calculator only goes to 5-11? or 6? so it won?t give me an accurate number. I?m trying to memorize this information so I know it by heart.

    Women 655+ (9.6 x weight in KG) +(1.8 x height in CM) -(4.7 x age in years)

    Men 66+(13.7 x weight in KG) + (5 x height in CM) - (6.8 x age in years)

    Sedentary 1.2
    Lightly active 1.375
    Moderately active 1.55
    Very active 1.725
    Highly active 1.9

For height in inches, and you need to convert to centimeters, multiply by 2.54

For height in pounds, and you need to convert to kilograms, divide by 2.2

This is what I would look like if I weighed 196 pounds and was moderately active:

    66 + (13.7 x 89.09) + (5 x 181.61) - (6.8 x 50)

    66 + (1220.533) + (908.05) - (340)

    1286.533 + 908.05 - 340

    2194.583 - 340

    = 1854.583

    1854.583 x 1.55 = 2874.60365

    Stop eating bloating junk food,

Then eat more if you want to gain weight, eat less if you’re not losing weight
