But suppose I do have weird proportions, how would you change my exercises? For the longest time I did full body 3 times a week with these exercises

    Bench
    Back squat
    Deadlift
    Overhead press
    Bent over row

Now for some time its been

    Bench
    Front squat
    Sumo deadlift
    Incline bench
    Bent over row
    W row with dumbbells
    Your physique looks really weird

Try training like a bodybuilder for a year it might help a little

My strength goal when starting to train again is 520kg in base lifts because thats pretty much my ceiling without going over 180lbs/80ishkg and i know exactly how to get there, when i get there i will rather just shift main focus to other intense physical goals while continuing to progress slowly with a 4x or 3 weekly 531 base template or something that doesnt steal too much work capacity.
I agree that being strong at a good bodyweight is superior for sure unless chasing records. Honestly its probably even better chasing records at those functional bodyweights but i guess some guys just wanna be freaky and ignore health

    You have very reasonable goals

Being freaky is one thing, being fat and strong in 3 exercises with a LOTR dwarf beard and a ugly as shit gf and/or porn addiction is just pure cope imo. Dont get why there are so many guys like that, just mind baffling.

But it comes down to personal preference i guess, hate the feel of being hindered physically, like being an optimal weight for being active in general, whether it be running/climbing/free diving/all Mountain bicycling/not getting winded during sex/sport motorcycles/etc

And then just try to keep moving towards new challenges and rather supplement with moderate-low doses of trt+gh+cialis to keep that physique for as long as possible.

No. I been trying to get stronger but I look worse

Like my traps are big and legs and back

But dumbbells and squats and focusing on biceps and chest would be better than barbell stuff for my physique

I?m thinking some of that might transfer to you Dk
