I read metro 2033 a long time ago. Not sure why I always thought it was such a cool story or idea. It made me wonder why a movie was never made of it. So I googled it and found this video.. kind of interesting. I know @Havoc00 played the games





Anyone else love in movies when they show how fucked up a mob of people can be? I always thought this scene from War of the Worlds was crazy

Does anyone else think long takes are cool? I feel like you can tell so much story in a long take. Can you think of any other movies that have long take scenes you like?

Just to be clear anyone is more than welcome to reply to anything posted in this thread, I appreciate any replies actually. I just figured it was better to have one thread where I can post my weird thoughts and videos. This way I am not cluttering up the forum with random threads. I was doing it in the chat thread there for awhile. Just trying something different etc.

I played wc3 in high school. Was well within top 100 on both us east and us west. Logitech laser mouse.

They got a small team to overhaul the game , but the team is so small they couldn't deliver on just about everything. it would have have better if they never touched the game.

When I was younger I used to have so much fun playing video games with my friends. For some reason, as I have gotten older I have gotten less and less interested in video games. Best times I ever had was during n64 era playing 4 player split screen with my bros. Didn't get much better than that back in the day. I never really understood people that got super deep into single player games. That always seemed very boring to me. Might as well be watching a movie at that point

I still say the time when N64 came out was such a cool time. Do you guys remember the n64 displays in the stores that had mario 64? and all you could really do is run around outside the castle and go swimming in the mote, and everyone was losing their minds? I'm not sure about you guys, but I think that was a very special time in gaming history tbh.. the first console to go from 2d to 3d? Pretty cool we were alive and got to experience that I think
