    joint pain while cutting

    Hi fitmisc,

    I'm currently cutting and eating about 50-60 gr fats a day / 180-200 gr protein rest carbs

    the last 1-2 weeks I noticed my joints and tendons to be very sore ... anyone ever experienced this ?

    I havnt cut in 2 years and started training again about 6 months ago after 3 months of no training and 1 year of training not seriously ...
