    I followed a routine for legs that left me sore for a long time, I did Romanian dumbbell deadlifts that worked my hamstrings. I don't know of any glute exercises.

    Back to a routine, I?m trying full body twice a week, maybe three times a week. All exercises were done with a 30 pound dumbbell, except leg raises, those were a body weight exercise.

    Are you able to get to the gym regularly now?

    Might be worth doing a linear progression program instead of Lobsterleiner fluff and puff

    Only temporarily, I’m at a relative’s house and joined a gym here then cancelled, so I have my last month that I paid for so I can go in until May 4th

    I’m going to the gym daily currently, so instead of full body, I’m splitting it up. The first number is the weight, so 135 is what I was lifting and the other numbers are the sets of repetitions. Leg raises are just a body weight exercise, so all four numbers are the repetitions for those sets.
