    Today is my day off from training, I will do extra cardio today. Usually I walk for 15 minutes, I'll try to do that twice today.

    When I eat cereal it’s shredded wheat. Fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles are my weakness, and I try to stay away from them. I have two boxes of shredded wheat stored for emergencies, the power goes out a couple of times a year for like 36 hours at a time, so I need cereal and whey protein to eat when that happens. That’s why I don’t eat cereal very often. I live in a rural area.
