Back to a routine, I?m trying full body twice a week, maybe three times a week. All exercises were done with a 30 pound dumbbell, except leg raises, those were a body weight exercise.

Stationary cycle

Last night I went to a gym and rode the stationary cycle
I’m going to the gym daily currently, so instead of full body, I’m splitting it up. The first number is the weight, so 135 is what I was lifting and the other numbers are the sets of repetitions. Leg raises are just a body weight exercise, so all four numbers are the repetitions for those sets.
