Leg press: 100 kg's x 10 reps



I'll be doing 1 set every 7-10 days depending on my recovery. Once i stall 2 workouts in a row, i'll take a 2 weeks off to deload. I'll only be doing the leg press because that works the entire body. Mike Mentzer said he had most of his clients just doing the leg press.
