I'm in the midst of peaking strength overall is on par (lower body back to where it was) and taking off steady, this should only help boost me more.
Recent PRs were a 375 bench a while back, 2 days ago 5x5'ed 315 easy.
Squatted 340x12, using exclusively SSB now for heavy work to fix my lower back.
Will keep on EODing squat/bench, will add back work back in the mix now.
Goals are to bench in the 400's (pretty sure Im almost there as natty) and squat as close to 500 if not 5 plates, havent deaded for a while, hit 500 a few times no prob but would rather chase my squat right now.
Will post some homer pics of my pre-ascension later, though I dont expect to change much tbh, no reason I should move up in weight that much or anything,
Bench- 315, 350, 365x1 smooth reps. Failed 385 lockout, think I was just nervous, bc I was lol.
335x2 275x12 Banded 225(+100lbs tension)- 5x3 Realy random but just fucked around after I worked up to the single.
DB Incline- 100x6 703x10
Lots of ab wheels, headstand to handstand press ups. L-sit to planche to handstand presses, not pretty but gettng there and pressing up for a few sloppy reps.
