    stop taking supplements

    -instead of taking a multivitamin pill, eat a bit of beef liver

    -instead of taking creatine monohydrate, eat 3 soused herrings

    continue my list, stop eating meat and chicken breasts lol, the alpha wolf eats liver and lets the beta's eat the muscles

    this is much more enjoyable and probably even healthier as it's all about balance, pharma tries hard but will never immitate the perfect balance of nature

    morning: 4 hard boiled eggs, honey and raw milk

    midday: 3 soused herring

    evening: 200g veal liver + 100g european mushroom mix, some onions and garlic

    I use vit d3, omega 3 and creatine all the time. Some digestive enzymes as well.

    Also couple preworkout ingredients. The ones that work, caffeine and citrulline/arginine. Also salt. srs. Agreed overall food >>> sups. If I can, I eat a beetroot and it's 100x better to get a pump than any overpriced preworkout.

    Basically Stan Efferdings vertical diet

    IMO. Its ok if you are in a caloric surplus but if you are gonna get all your macronutrient needs through food while on a hard cut you will suffer because of how a lot of the shit you have to eat is very caloric dense and not very satiating and youd be better off with a different diet and supplements
